You may have noticed the modern lexicon has been changing, aside from lingual devolution to emojis and three letter abbreviations in the txt log. We have various versions of awake, waking up, and woke, some co-opted into political inversions, but the original meaning having to do with seeing through the bullshit and becoming more self aware…spiritually and energetically self aware. To many, it feels like stumbling around, still reeling from recognizing that we have been misled, conditioned from birth, corralled into classes, subject to hidden agendas, and public experimentation for the amusement and benefit of a few hundred astral grams of elite bio mass. It’s not gonna be all sunshine and roses. You might even be pissed at knowing everything you have been taught is a lie. Catch your breath…now that you are stretching and growing into a new version of yourself, realize you are in good company…according to some published accounts, less than 2% of the world’s population is spiritually awake, however, my intuition says it’s more like 12 or 13%, with many more in process, which I trust over most information presented as fact. As you become more in tune with your soul senses, you, too, will be able to test the truth of any theory or fact…give it time. Pay attention to how information feels in the body.
Part of being woke, excised from any loaded social meaning, would be remembering that we are way more than the body. If there was a program to deprogram that helped highlight our real significance to the solar neighborhood and, well frankly the rest of the universe, it would be downloaded by operator inquiry. Just being curious enough to identify what you resonate with is a wholegrain crouton on the journey to self discovery. As we are drawn to various philosophies, ways of living, recovery practices, communion with nature, (a misnomer…we are nature), better health modalities, and cleaner food, we find ourselves listening to our bodies in order to find a better feeling frequency. We pay attention to our thoughts, feelings and the vibes others present. We hear words like ascension, resonant, life path, purpose, mission, and 3D, 4D, 5D, as if we are going somewhere…a short elevator ride up a level or two. In the case of ascension, it really concerns discovering what makes your heart sing, loving, and accepting all parts of yourself and being as present, kind, and conscious in your walkabout through life as possible, all while figuring out your spiritual talents and building a new world.
